The interior of my car is really dirty, I practically live in my car.   Will your in-out wash clean it all up."

This is a question we get asked all the time.  It is important to have realistic expectations on what can be done on quick wash.  While we'd love to be able to offer a thorough vacuum on a regular wash, it's just not possible.   If the interior of your car is super dirty, very likely it will need a complete shampoo to restore the vehicle to like new condition.

Question 2

Someone scratched my car.  Can this be removed?

Some surface scratches can be buffed and removed.   While others if they are deep down to the paint scratches, then it is impossible to remove and would require bodyshop work.

Question 3

Do you offer a shuttle service to bring me home or to work while your team details my vehicle?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we can bring you home or to work, within 10 km of the car wash.   Arrangements need to be made in advance, please advise us when you make your appointment for your detailing.

Question 4

My lease is up on my vehicle.  Can you restore the vehicle to pass dealers inspections.

Accepted Answer

Yes, we can - ask us for the lease return special.   We know what dealerships look for when you return your car.

Question 5

Do you accept discount coupons from other car washes?

Accepted Answer

Generally we do accept them, we know that once you experience our service you'll be back.  They always come back.   We do however reserve the right to refuse any coupons that were a misprint or error (but we are super friendly, so may accept those also)

Question 7

I'm selling my car.  Can you help me sell my car?

Sort of while we can't actually sell the car for you but we can help prepare the car to look it's very best.   When buyers are looking to buy a pre-owned vehicle the condition of the vehicle is the most important factor in their decision.    Remember they are looking at other vehicles also and if yours shines and smells nice - which one do you think will sell faster ?
